Remember Remember

Remember, remember,
As you walk by..
As you are now,
So once was I.
…As I am now,
So shall you be.
Remember this
And follow me.. Follow me..
“if only we did”
Mar 23rd
Somebody once said that our lives are the sum total of our experiences.
But its not the experiences, its the people. Not just the ones in our lives, but those who play through.
All the fly-by, small-but-rich, relationships; sometimes they’re the most special of all.
That’s why we always promise to keep in touch.
If only we did.. If only we did.
rant: Victory
Oct 30th
I stood out under the darkening sky. My palm stretched.
A drop of rain fell on it. It glistened like a tear.. and reminded me of all those tears you promised me I would never shed.
And I looked at the drop of rain, and then could see it no more as my eyes vied with the rain.
And then, the rain ceded victory to me..
rantExtract: Beauty – Kahlil Gibran
Jul 25th
(…)
Beauty is kind and gentle.
beauty is a thing of might and dread.
Beauty is of soft whisperings.
Beauty is a heart en-flamed and a soul enchanted.
(…)
Beauty is life when life unveils her holy face.
But you are life and you are the veil.
Beauty is eternity gazing at itself in a mirror.
But you are eternity and you are the mirror.
rant: The Farmer of Perdition
Jun 27th
The son of night and chaos
The father of disruption
Emerges, the wooer of anguish
The farmer of perdition
Marches to the worlds
Above and beyond
To lay waste day and order
To end his bond.

rant: Forgive me, Father – Lydia Wick
Jun 27th
Forgive me, Father,
for I have sinned,
my last confession was
one-hundred-and-twelve years ago.
Forgive me again, Father,
for I tell not the truth.
This is my very first time in this
cramped, dark booth.
You see, I was once a Protestant
Sunday School Teacher
in quiet River Falls, Massachusetts,
back in the year of our Lord
eighteen-hundred-and-ninety-two.
I was thirty then, plus two,
a spinster, dull as dishwater,
still my father’s youngest daughter.

rant: Real Witch Project – Lydia Wick
Jun 27th
Go to bed
My little puddinhead
The witching hour is nigh
The monster in the closet
Will soon awake
The Jack-in-the-box
Will cry
